How to work as a team? set up partnerships? develop relevant networks? For 7 days, 30 youth and social workers and people involved in collective projects dealing with social inclusion and sustainable development from Greece, Italie, Portugal, France and Germany got to know each other and exchanged knowledge and experience on teamworking and networking

Synergies est une formation européenne crée par Via Brachy et destinée à développer la capacité des participant-es à travailler en équipe et entre organisations (partenariats et réseaux) afin de développer des projets innovants socialement, à l’échelle locale ou européenne.
Created by Via Brachy association, The SYNERGIES Training course is designed to foster the participants’ ability to work with other people within a team and with other organizations within a network, in order to develop efficient and innovative projects dealing with social inclusion and intercultural dialogue at both local and European scales.
Si le travail en équipe et la coopération facilite la capacité des associations à s’attaquer aux enjeux sociétaux, cependant elles manquent souvent de méthodes et d’outils leur permettant d’atteindre leurs objectifs.
Pourtant, il en existe des méthodes et des outils ! Ainsi le séminaire Synergies a été crée afin d’expérimenter, d’analyser et de partager nos connaissances et savoir-faire liés aux dynamiques de groupes et de partenariat afin de dépasser les difficultés rencontrés au sein de nos organisations et réseaux.
Team work and cooperation enhance the capacity of civil society organizations to address social challenges but that they often lack method and tools to fulfill their potential. It thus leads to a waste of time and resources. It has a negative impact on their internal dynamic and impedes their ability to set up innovative projects with a strong social impact.
Yet, effective methods and tools are already available. The seminar SYNERGIES is an opportunity to share our experiences and to acquire knowledge regarding team-working and networking in order to overcome the main difficulties we encounter within our organizations and networks.
Pendant 7 jours, les participant⋅es ont partagé leur expérience, interrogé des concepts, analysé différentes initiatives inspirantes et confronté différentes méthodes afin de développer les projets culturels et sociaux qu’ils développent (ou souhaitent développer). Des études de cas pratique sont permis de construire un savoir collectif permettant d’améliorer leur travail de terrain.
For 7 days, participants had shared experience, questioned concepts, analyzed success-stories and confronted different methods in order to develop the cultural and social projects they are running (and/or they want to implement). They worked on practical issues and cases to acquire knowledge that matching their needs on the ground.
